how to use zoom in tool in photoshop

Hi, I know it's just simple to do that but I want to zoom in a pic and yet the pixel is like the actual size. I cant do it alone. When i zoom in the pic the pixel get bigger also. Do you know how to do it in photoshop? to zoom in a pic yet the pixel is like the actual size? Thanks a lot
