Do you eat lots of fresh fruits, With peel or without peel?

Yes, I love to eat fresh fruits. I eat all kinds of fruits like mango, apple, orange, pineapple, banana, etc. Fruits are very healthy for our body. I always eat fruits every day. Mango and melon are my favorite fruits. I like peeled fruits, especially when it comes to apples.

I eat fruit too specially this month and I love to eat them coz there are healthy. My mother always bring fruits when she got home. I always had ripe mango and some green one. Of course I have to peel them first. I eat fruits with peel like apple, pears.

I will eat almost any fruit! Especially if it is fresh and ripe.
There are some fruits that I eat without the peel. Bananas, oranges, and melons all have peels or rinds that wont hurt you if you eat them, but arent very tasty!
Most of the other fruits, I eat the peel also. It is so much quicker to just wash the fruit and then eat it. I am often too lazy to peel them!
The one exception to that rule is peaches. I usually peel peaches before eating them. When they are really fresh and juicy, I love to peel a bunch of them. Some I will eat plain. Others I will eat with some vanilla ice crem over top! YUM!

I don't think you should peel every single fruit that you eat... I understand the mango one because I absolutely love Mango as well, I think it's the best fruit. But the skin on other fruits actually have things that are good for you.
