btarcade.com seems to be not working?

Hello everyone. Just a few minutes ago I have registered for bt arcade and well.. Everytime I play I game and wait for the timer to end and when I enter the security code it tells me i must wait 40 seconds to recieve a credit. its been going with different games. what am I doing wrong? is this happening to anyone else?
