How much time do you pass working in computer?

Few days ago I HAVE passed much time using mobile phone. But when I became the member of MyLot, from then I pass my time to discuss or response in mylot community. I also pass time other working in computer. In a day at least 7 to 8 hours are acrossed in working laptop. The preference of choosing Mylot is to me sharing views and making money.
I come to know that working in computer for a long time may cause harmful to health. But it has become the habit to me. Though I should maintain few rules and regulations of health. These will need to keep my sound health. But I actually don't know what's are special rules for keeping good health.
I come to know how do you pass your time in working computer? Is there any suggestion for me?

Hello friend, I ususally spend about four or five hours a day here at mylot. It's a good idea 2 work on it a little bit at the time. Write a few comments then get up and walk around. Take breaks often. Yes it is bad for ur health if ur sitting down constantly. That's how come it's good to get up and move around some. You could even figure out a way to get ur daily exercise of at least 30 minutes a day. Just about everything in life can be bad for us is we try to overdo it. Your starting system of rising from bed is fine. Exercise is must for wealth but my friend I don't get such time to take exercise so I anxious for that. I will remember your good advice.

Your system of rising from bed is fine. You do some works before leaving the bed. Exercise is must for ensuring sound health, but I have not such time and I have decided that I will follow as such as you.

I edit articles on my computer 8 hours a day. Sometimes I also use the computer when I get home. I guess one way to avoid having health problems is to lessen the time you spend on the computer.

well, mylot is very good website for earning and to pass time..
well my exam are over i spend much time in working on computer....
health is also very important so i wash my eyes every hour..because i working on computer around 8 to 9 hour daily,....

lol i spend far to much time at my desk with my friend my pc there is so much to attend to with all the things i am involved with. Hours a day spent on my pc usually averages out to at least 8 or 9 depending what project or site or affiliate program i am working on at the moment. Some days i can almost just fall asleep i wish my desk had a built in pillow then i would.

hi.I almost spend more than 10 hours in computer each day.i have to work with computer,and I think I am a workaholic.I ofren could not help but sitting in front of my computer.I know it is very bad for my heath,but just like you ,it has become a habit to me.I think the next thing we should do is ,exercise more often.
