What do you eat for a healthy Breakfast?

Oh you really have healthy breakfast. As for me, sometimes i'll just have bread and or biscuits with a cup of coffee, tea or cereal for my breakfast. Sometimes i'll have noodles as breakfast too. I guess what i take for breakfast is not that healthy enough. Maybe it's because i want to be fast, i always take little time for my breakfast before going to work. So, i may not have enough time to eat so much and nutrients balanced breakfast.

I usually mix cream of wheat with wheat germ, with a little butter and milk and sugar. I also have some V-8 juice or another kind of juice, I also have some fruit if it is available.

Breakfast is important after a long sleep overnight. I take creal plus a little bread with an egg. It is said an apple is good in the morning to supplement Vit C. I take milk in the evening to help a good sleep. Personally, I believe it a critical issue for parents to provide a proper breakfast for the children. It do them good the whole life.

My usual is granola cereal with raisins, dates and almonds and I add a banana to it every other day with a cup of tea. On the weekends its usually pancakes one day and then eggs, bacon and toast always with a cup of tea. Oh I'm getting hungry now!

My favorite breakfast is porridge with sesame paste and egg with drops of soy sauce.When i get up early,i have the time to cook porridge.If late,i can use the leftovers(rice) to cook sesame paste porridge qiickly.I'm so happy that i can change the waste to treasure.
Besides,eight-treasure porridge also is my preference,and according to Traditional
Chinese Medicine,the mug beans and small red beans and jujube and so on of the eight-treasure porridge can beauty us.

On a normal day I go with a bowl of cereal. Sometimes I skip breakfast if I dont feel hungry. Other times I may have toast. And rarely will i have a big breakfast with eggs, toast, bacon, biscuits, pancakes.

Breakfast is my least favorite meal of the day. I get so mad when I have to find something to eat. Nothing sounds good and most times I just skip it. Its hard for me to eat when I am first waking up. How ever my favorite breakfast is biscuits and gravy. I could eat them ever day. Not very healthy but oh so good.

My breakfasts arent always healthy.
One of my favorites is actually oatmeal raisin cookies. Most people roll their eyes at me and think that cookies for breakfast could never be healthy! But they are when I make them myself! I love raisins, so I put lots in. I also use rolled oats so I am getting some fiber. There isnt much sugar or fat in them. Sounds pretty healthy to me! They even taste delicious and are easy to take with you!
