Do you find it difficult to stand and speak in front of crowds?

It's not an easy thing to do...but the more you realize that everyone is vulnerable,the easier it gets... I find if you just come out and say your nervous...at the beginning of the talk,you seem to relax and it lets people know we are all human...Your not alone..it happens to lots of people.
