Do you like your body figure now?

For me, I don't like my figure now. I am becoming fatter and fatter. And I can't fit in the dresses I bought last year. Every friend of mine says I am much fatter than before and need to keep fit. But my husband always tells me that my friends are jealous of me and I look pretty. Of course my husband's words are music to my ears. :D But I know I need to keep fit.
Do you have any tips to keep fit? No exercise. I am lazy.:D

You have already hit the nail on the head! The reason you are getting fatter is because you are being lazy! That is the way to change the problem! Even if you dont go to the gym, you still need to do something to get exercise. Go dancing with friends. Go for a walk with your husband. Play tag with some kids. Mow the grass. Anything to get you moving will help!
I am actually getting happier and happier with my figure. I have lost over 10 pounds these last couple of months. I havent been going to the gym because I hate it! I park my car farther away from the building, so that I have to walk farther. I always take the stairs. I make sure I move around a lot when doing anything. All of the extra steps and movements really make a difference!
My husband has always told me how beautiful I look. But now that I am losing those extra pounds, he cant keep his eyes off of me! It is obvious that he likes me better without the extra fat I had gained.

I love my figure.a lot of people have told me I have nice curves.the problem is I don't like my body frame.I am a big-boned person,which makes me look fat and wide.though I am exercising again,some people think I should lose more weight because I look wide,which they think is "fat".

hi.I am pretty proud of my curves.I have my boobs (36B) proportional to my hips (36).not to brag but I have nice butt too.I am scared also of losing too much weight because I might lose my boobs.you're right,I may look "scary" when I lose to much weight.thanks!

Hi, I am male, 55 years of age, let me joint your discussion just to add my post, see I am already more than three years at myLot but posted only less than 400. when I was at high school I remember some girls admire my figure and also my hair, it was about 52kg my weight. Now I am already 75kg, with big stomach as if I was I was 6 months pregnant woman, my cheek was much bigger also like moon face, even I am goint to BALT right now, hahahaha, my old friends did not know me anymore when we met, as if we are really new friend ! only one thing he remember at me is my voice and my story. The only to reduce our fat without excercise is FASTING, it is really the best CURE to reduce fat even diet often faild and medicine did not work and expensive because we have to pay. But, FASTING is very effective and very cheap even you can safa your budged hahahaha good luck !!!

yes I did, a handsome boy as handsome as Ti Lung or Jet Li, my friend Chinesse descent told the same that man / people with moon face must be a happy and fortune people, thanks to God, it is right. I am happy and fortune also means I can live my life normally, when there was any trouble it was normal in life. I did my exercise for one hour two times a week but I immediately take my big food usually after my exercise hahaha .. see you young woman, sie sie!

I guess you were very handsome when you were young and now you must be a person who has a very kind face. You know, in my culture, people who have round face are considered to be a happy person with a fortune life.
But I think you should do exercise but no fasting. I don't think it is healthy.
See, I advise you to exercise, but I myself am lazy to do that. Haha

no i have gained alot of weight over the years. when i had a nice figure i did not even know it because i always had a large chest and it made me look fat in my opinion and i am also short. you just do not know what you have until it is gone! i would love to have my old figure back and find it so hard to lose even one pound anymore. i am working on it though.

Wow. Ok, there is nothing that will work for you. Even starving yourself will not make you "fit." If by fit you mean thin, just reduce your calorie intake.
By its very definition, being fit requires physical activity. To say you want to be fit but don't want to exercise is like saying, "I want to sew something, but I don't want to learn how." It is impossible to be physically fit without exercise - exercise and a proper diet are the two main components of fitness.
You might try fun activities like hiking, biking, trail walking, swimming, indoor rock climbing (I just tried this myself, and it was super fun!), or joining a softball or kickball league in your town. Engaging in physical activity can be fun, if you choose activities you are interested in.

i like my body figure very much because i will do exercise daily and i check my weight daily and i take my diet as correctly..before a month i was going to zym to get good muscles . ok..any way i think you are not doing exercise daily and do yoga daily you will get results very quickly...
in degree days i as also doing yoga it is very interesting to do and we will enjoy the fell of yoga while we are doing.Our mind will be very free and our fat also decrease a bit daily..ok go on..

right now i like my body figure,i'm lucky that even i eat a lot, i do not get fat. i think it's time to change from being lazy to being active.. you should engage into sports,like me.. example.. badminton,ask your husband to play with you so that you can enjoy while exercising.. by the time that you are enjoying,you won't feel tired or lazy because you are now enjoying. hope it will help you!

I don't want my figure right now. I gained so much weight these year. It's all my fault why I gained weight again this month. I eat too much sweets last 2 weeks so I think it is the reason why again I gained weight. I stops exercising last 2 weeks because of my cough. Now I'm back to exercise and try to eat the right food. My problem is I can't control my food intake even if I exercise it doesn't paid off because of my diet. I want to wear my clothes last year but it doesn't fit anymore. If only I can get back my figure last 2 years. I lost so much weight that time because of my work. I worked night shift and I don't get enough sleep so I think that's why I lost so much weight.

I know I could still do better -- but between my body last February and my body now, the now is definitely way okay. I just need to be diligent and really disciplined with my exercise and diet program.

Ibelle09, if you want to be fit, you'll need to eat healthy and include exercise in your activities. If you're busy, you gotta find time sweetie. There are no shortcuts to getting fit. It's a lifestyle that you have to embrace. The road to getting fit may not be easy, but just think of the long-term results. That should keep make you motivated. Goodluck :)

My dear, if you want to lose calories you need do something... You say no for exercise, I asked and now? Reflect you about things what do you like to do and that you burn calories, making love is an alternative, huhauhua, but i think is the way you can lose calories, doing things you like and earn health...

well, i am also getting on weight and sometimes feel frustrated when i can't put on my former pretty dress. I have bought a treadmill recently recently, and to be frank~ i am also a lazy lady~so i cannot stick to do exercises every day~ my friend tell me that a good way to keep fit is to have more meals but less food every day. I am not quite sure if it works, but i decide to have a shot. Maybe you could also try it. Good luck!

I think I can live with my figure, though I'm 5 lbs heavier than I used to be. But then I was always thin or skinny. However the weight gain is around the tummy, but I'm too lazy to do any exercises too. Well, maybe if I gain up to 10bls, then I may do some serious thinking about exercises!

As for me, I am not completely satisfied with my figure now. I also got fatter than before. But I am also not the type who gets depressed or gets worried when I get fat. I just take things slowly to regain my past figure. I just go to the gym 4 times a week and not eat lots of food, especially junk food. I limit myself to just a pack of chips every 2 weeks.

I still don't like my figure right now because I find myself still too chubby. I also hate to exercise because I really feel lazy about it. I've lost already a few kilos because I was able to control myself from eating a lot for the past few months. My parents said that my body build right now is already enough and I shouldn't undergo in to a diet again. But for me, I still want to lose a few more weight and become fit.

the answer is NO. =) though i am a petite person i think i am fat. before i used to do diet but after my pregnancy i cannot stop my self from eating and eating. i know eating is fun but my tummy gets bigger and bigger.
i do not do exercise also. not to mention i am also lazy but i work on a night shift so my only exercise is walking. =D
