Hi guys. I just registered for the upcoming 2010 national election. Im ashamed to admit that Im 29 and I have not cast my vote yet. I guess i was too lazy to register before. That being the case, Im curious to know who you voted for last presidential election and why?

I did exercise my right to vote a bit late. I was 19 then (ideally 18 right?) but I guess I decided to be indifferent for a year and didn't care at all.
I voted for GMA, because I believed in her capabilities. Up to now, I still believe of the same things about her. But I am not blind to the issues surrounding her concerning graft and corruption, ZTE deal, abuse of power and stuffs.Gotta admit, I am a bit dismayed. And if ever she would run again (is she still eligible anyway?), I think I won't vote for her. Not because I totally believe all the issues but because during her time, things only got messier. Both the pro-admin and the opposition are making our government messier than ever!
I think we need someone who's credibility is not questionable so that he will not be open for attack, and someone who could bring forth change. I guess we, voters, have learned enough. It is only right also that change should come from within us first.

I was an election office last 2004 elections and so I did vote because i'm on my exact precint anyway. I was actually going for Raul Roco but my last minute decision changes and I voted for Eddie Villanueva. Well because I met him personally and I had a li'l chat with him and he seems to be a good person. Do not say that he's a croc anyway coz all the candidates were. It's just a matter of choice.. He lose the election though..
