Hy there! What do you think about remote support or repairing? There are several programs such as radmin or vnc or teamviewer that can connect and control somebody's Pc. Well i`m kind of a pc reeler ( i hope it's the right word) and when i fix somebody's pc i install them one of these programs and tell them to call me if they need support and i`ll try to help them from home. Well the problem is how can i charge them after i do a repair from home? 'cause when i meet with them in the city i can't just stop them and ask for money :) hope it's not a dumb question :)

Well, if you wish to do remote support from home, you can invest a little bit of money to the vendor for them to program their software to establish a link for paying money after you complete your job. Repairing is just that when you can't figure out what clients tell you about the problem. Therefore, you need to meet them else support from home is the best option.

Not donate money, pay money for their service, I am sure they will gladly proceed with your additional request, if you don't try, how do you know it's workable or not?
