I HAVE A GREAT QUESTION, BUT CAN YOU ANSWER IT, AND DOES IT BOTHER YOU?

Why is it that some of the people that ask a question on my lot, don't even give the curtesy of reading or responding to the comments given? Do you know that some of us really are trying our best to give good and honest answers!

Boy, do I ever agree with you on that score! I think most of us try and give good, honest answers to all the questions we reply to. I'm not sure, but I think once they've gotten a reply they see $$$$$ from the person replying to the post...and they know they won't get a cent for saying thank you, or making a comment on it, so they don't bother. I thought the idea was to have good discussions, exchange ideas, and be in the 'community' frame of mind (kind of like discussing things over the back fence with our neighbors.) Who knows, maybe that's the way they treat their neighbors and friends in real life too.
The other things that bother me are the one word answers, or the ones that make absolutely no sense towards the discussion that they replied to. I had a discussion going the other day, and this gal puts in a short little poem that had no connection to the discussion at all...what's with that? (I could understand if the poem related in any way to the discussion we were having, but it didn't correlate in any way, shape or form.)

I try to respond ot every person that posts to me, however sometimes people do post responces that don't really require a post back. The last 2 weeks or so I have not been getting email when some one respons to a post that I placed on their discussion, that make communication 1,000 times harder for me. I have to keep going back to my "Discussion I have responded to" section and figure out who has posted a responce.

Hi! Yes, I totally understand what you are saying. I appreciate your saying it, too, because it can be frustrating. But keep on being sincere, because I've found that most of the members here are nice, supportive, and kind. Remember, though, they are here to earn money, too, so that may be why you don't feel that proper attention is being given to your post. They may just post and move on. So, keep that in mind and keep on posting! I wish you success!
