What's your view on postgraduate craze?

I think the postgraduate must master some skills in the school years. Noly done like that, they can find their positon and find what job fits them. The economic crisis makes the employment very hard. So, the postgraduate should adapt their attitudes towards the salary and the working place. I think they can work first and then choose which job is best. Maybe through practice in the bottom of the work, he can gain much more experience. When he has been improved,he has the qualification to meet the needs of better job.
