Could Obama change the world?

When George W Bush was the president of US. he made many policy that made america bad on international eyes. but when someone called Barrack Obama appear on tv as a new candidate for president, people seems believe him too mush because of he is a blacks. but i just doubt he could change america 100%. (i didnt say that i hate obama). could he clean america name or he made the situation even worse?
