does it pay for uploading pictures?if yes,what kind of pictures.can we upload pictures downloaded from the internet or we should upload our own?

You do not get paid for uploading pictures. You are paid when pictures that you uploaded are used on myLot.

As far as I know, you do get paid for uploading pictures. Here is a little advice: Every time you open a new discussion, you can upload a photo that contains to the subject of your discussion. That way you can earn from the picture you uploaded, and also make the members to pay attention more to your discussion. That's a good way to get a lot more responses on your discussions.
