What are the hindrances for you to take you onto your goal?

I was reviewing my goals in the past.some were achieved some are not.Thus, i want to set a target date for their fulfillment. But there are hindrances that i have to battle.time is the first one and accumulating a larger income for it.can you share dome of your hindrances and what are you doing to struggle on it keeping me focused on mine from your tips and experiences...

The biggest hindrances for me to take me onto my goal is,
of course the willing that comes inside of me.
Lack of motivation will makes ourselves lazy...
