Where will you earn faster: responding or starting discussions?

Well I don;t know that either. The possible way is complete the "Task". I responding on one hour and just got 15 cents. But when I completed 1 task in maybe 15 minutes, I got 25 cents. So check always the task if there are any available or not.

Truthfully it depends. Usually you earn more on mylot by starting discussions, although there is a catch. Your discussions have to be correct grammer wise, and they have to be interesting. The more responses that your discussion recieves, the more money you earn from it. I do know that if your responses are good, and are not too short, they too earn you money. Your best bet, in my opinion, is to always try to do a little of both.

Most of person out here including me were introduced to this site to make money and do what i did on yahoo answers for free. Now there are 4 ways to make money here. 1) Doing tasks 2) responding to others discussions 3) starting a new discussion 4) referring others to this site. Now i have never done task but people say it is good way to earn. Responding to a discussion always pays more than starting one because your discussion take lots of time in thanking all those who have replied your discussion and then discuss what they discuss on your discussion . but the easiest way is if you can referrer active referrals here then it would be such a great thing. You wont have to do anything if you have 4 referrals who would earn a payout everymonth and then you would too without doing anything else.

Hi xroadsempress, it's very easy to earn money here. I have made more than $6 this month, reaching payout is not a problem. Whenever you start a discussion, make sure you respond to all the comments made on the discussion thread. In fact you can do so for every discussion thread you come across. The more you write, the more you earn. Responding to everyone in a discussion thread can make you more money, since you do not have to keep on surfing and finding other discussion. Plus you can recycle the ideas or the words that you write in response from the first person to the last. Just make sure that your comment is long, as long or even longer than my current posting. Make sure you address the person. If you are able to start a thread that attracts more than 100 responses, by the time you reply to all the comments, you would have made more than $4. You do not need to waste time on reading other threads. This is the fastest way to earn.

hello! i heard some stories about mylot. some says that its really interesting to be part of this. maybe because just like what you says you not only extending help to other people but in the same time, you were able to earn. So i guess if you want to earn alot on this you need to be keep starting new discussion because it gives more earnings. but does anyone know how much is it?

Oh, now i know about post a discussion and post some comment. Not because of how many time we can post in a day or can respon and comment we can earn more money.... It is very interesting. But, the Next question, how quality is this matter? because we can not measure exactly, how quality of someone discussion?? Before this, i think the discussion have good quality if have been reply or respon with so much myLotter... now i know i has wrong...

i enjoy it to but then there is little or nothing you can do but to be consistent with whatever you're doing.

I don't usually start a lot of discussions but I do like to respond to others but I know I don't make nearly as much as I do in a much shorter time when I start discussions. The only thing with starting discussions is that you should respond to the responses, right and that can take some time. So I usually only start discussions if I see that I am getting close to a payout and want to reach it in a few days. Then I will start discussions.

You do not earn from being fast but from the QUALITY of what you are posting. You do not earn from the activity of others either but only from your own activity. If you start a discussion and it receives 100 responses you will ONLY earn for the first one. BUT then you can go back and comment with quality to comments to all the responses and THAT is what causes earnings. Therefore you earn from all your activity and NOT that which others users type. I have started 2 discussions this month but I have commented on all the responses on them and on older discussions I started too. I have responded on other discussions and I am already at payout

Hi. If you can start a few good discussion and can start a bit of conversation kind of thing in it with some one other, then it is the best thing to earn here. Other then that try to upload a few pics in your posts.

Hi, Starting discussions would help you earn more if you receive many answers. But i see so many discussions in the no response section, so i would say that answering discussions that you like is better , since you are sure to earn something at least...But one has to maintain a balance and do both..

Dear friend...really we can increase our earnings by starting the discussion..because we will give coments to all the responders in our discussion..so that we can post many responses in our discussion only...so noneed to search for the new discussions...And also we can lost our earnings also..if our own discussion is deleted our earnings will be decreased..so while starting the discussion we must be carefull..happy mylotting dear friend..keep smiling..have a nice day....

Well it is possible to earn money from this site and get paid every month but it is hard way to get payout. You got to slog a lot and give it lots and lots of time and i am far far off from my first payout . Now the ways you can earn here is do a task, respond to discussions ( lots and lots of them) and post such quality discussions that countless people respond to them. Now these three are quite hard work so if you really want to earn good then find 10 referrals under you would make pay out every month and i assure you , you too would be paid every month even if you dont come here at all but it is very easy to say find active referrals. My friend got over 25 referrals including me and none of us is active, only me with over 100 posts in couple of months, rest have 4 or 5 some even zero posts in last couple of months.

Hi, actually this is one of my doubt in myLot too. According to the guidelines, it's stated we'll earn by responding to the discussion topics as well as starting a discussion. From my experience since joining myLot for two weeks, i think that starting a discussion does really earn you some, when there're people responding to your topic. You'll earn, somehow, when you go back and respond back to the comments made by others. This is what i know from other myLot members too. However, it's better that you do it both, starting a few discussions and also doing comment post to other people's topics as much as you can, Then i believe you get a quite good pay for that.
