If im going to be an employer,as much as possible I would like to hire an educated person.Someone who earned a degree. However,I also want to give chance to those who weren't able to go to school, they deserve a fair a treatment like those who went to universities. It doesn't mean that because they didn't finish anything they cant do things an educated person can do.Sometimes, they're even much smarter and wiser because of the experiences they have been through. So,in conclusion to this:I would hire both!

Hello sagapo 121845.thanks for responding.Being educated is not necessarily one who earned a degree or who has an abundance of general or specialized knowledge. An educated manis one who has so developed the facultis of his mind that he may require in anything he wants or its equivalent, violating the rights of others.the word educate, is derived from the word educo which means to educe,to draw out, or to develop with in. people who didnt finish their schooling or spent little time in the school do not necessarily they are not educated people.

christian1, There are many self-made people in the world, but we hear a lot about them because they are actually exceptional. In most cases, education is the road to success. I used to work in HR, and we would hire the educated person over the experienced one almost every time. Their experiences in one area or one company would not necessarily fit well in a new situation. A well-educated person can learn the ways a company wishes them to handle their jobs without difficulty. Young people simply haven't lived long enough to have much experience, but if they're well educated, they can certainly learn the specifics of a job and do it well.

The experience of course. Although, you have to give props to the honorolled. Now a days, it's hard to find quality education and they don't come cheap.
