My driving lessons are going really well and I am determined to pass my test this time around. My local bus service has really gone bad. It has stopped many of its services so I have no longer got a bus stop near my home. Luckily there is a bus stop that still has a bus service fifteen minutes walk away. I am doing some more clutter clearing and have got rid of many things I no longer need. I am getting a new sofa and add a few new cushions to it. I also hope to decorate my bathroom. It will be lovely to buy some new fluffy towels. Are there things in your life you would like to improve? If so how easy would it be to do that?

that's nice, I also had enrolled for driving lesson just after my brother told me that I couldn't drive because I'm a girl... Because I was angered by that notion, I immediately applied for driving lessons just to prove a point.. and I didn't regret it, I guess driving is like taking a bicycle, the lessons are worth the money and the effort..it would never get lost in you, and very useful I haven't use my newly learned ability yet but in the future after I bought my own car hehe...hoping

I am also enjoying my life and I think my life has also improved. I got a new job after I got out of my past job and I am getting more time to spend with my family and friends. I have started to take my driving license. I was scared to drive in the city and used to drive only in National Highway or roads where there are less traffic. Now I am driving in roads where there are more vehicles. I am trying hard to spend more time online to earn some extra money. Overall, life is beautiful.

I would like to improve my relationship with a certain family member. I know this family member loves me, and they know I love them. However, we seem to frequently misunderstand each other's intentions and words. I am willing to work on this relationship even though the other person just sees it as I'm the one who is wrong all the time. But even if they don't want to change, I do. And I think if I work on my part, maybe they will realize they need to as well.

Glad to hear your driving lessons are going well:):)That is one thing that I should have done a long, long time ago. I even had my license back home when I came to Canada, it shouldn't have been to difficult to get a license here as soon as I arrived, but I kept postponing it again and again and now, almost 30 years later, here I am without a license. Not good at all :):) As for things in my life I would like to improve.... there are many. To many to even list lol But if everything goes well, I will be improving my life quite a lot soon.

I´m SO glad your driving lessons are improving, Maxine. To be able to drive will be a mayor improvement in your life and Leo´s. And now, when the baby arrives, it will definitly make things change. I have need to improve my health which hasn´t been well lately but I´m taking the measures I can to do it. We´ll see how it works. As for secondary things like sofas and towels, I´m at the "give away stage". Yesterday, my eldest daughter came for a visit and departed with a lot of bed sheets. It will help her a lot: she has 3 boys. I only kept the ones for my bed (they are two much as it is) and a couple for the spare room. I already gave my extra towels to my other girl when I notice that her towels were shreds. I had lots of towels when we were a big family anfd I take care of things so they last a lot. In both cases I gave away some things that were maybe 20 or 30 years old Hug

Good luck with your driving, my friend. I'm sure you'll sail through the test. Buses are such a pain these days... I have the same problem, except the bus stop is right outside my home. I want to swap my bedroom with my dining room. It will mean a smaller bedroom, but a larger dining room with an open fire in it, and room to leave the dining table up all the time, with enough chairs around it for when my sons and grandchildren visit. The dining room will also overlook the garden and the field of sheep and be much more relaxing for me, and my computer won't be such a space stealer. Brightest Blessings, my friend.

There are quite a few things. The priority is on my relationship and my small business. I want to include him more in my business, afterall I started it because I want him to have something after I die. I have some ideas, but I have to wait until recession is over. We also need to renovate or fix some things in the house, but again we have to wait until financially we are able to do so. This is all in the far future, I doubt they can be accomplished in the near future, knowing recession and hubby being laid off is ruining our savings big time.

Maximax8, it is so good to hear how well you are doing. It is always exciting to redecorate or remodel. I love working on the house. I wished I could just keep buying them and fixing them up. That is one of the things that I would like to do to better my life. I would fix them up, and in the process learn new skills. And then afterwards, I would rent them out. Right now is a good time to be a landlord. For now, I must pay off my second property before I can even think of buying another one.

Congratulations in advance maximax8!!! With your determination, you are assured to pass this time around!!! Once you learn driving, it would be hard to forget it, and it would be your best ticket to go to places!!! I have been driving for almost 15 years, and still enjoy it!!! I do consider this also as a stress release, coz driving makes me concentrate on the road, making me leave awhile the current problems that I am facing at that moment. I consider myself and my family as pack rats, keeping almost everything that we had purchased since time memorial. It is really hard to do, but I do intend to start to change this by first trying to get rid of excess things that we have at home. As an example, who keeps 5 coffee makers, wherein only 1 works? LOL. Good luck on your home improvement plans!!! Cheers!!!

Good luck with your driving lessons maximax8! Hopefully you'll pass it soon. I am planning on continuing my study soon via part time. I already missed this intake, I am waiting for the next. Before the time come, I am collecting enough fund (from my salary of course) for the fees. I also decorating my own bedroom. I gave it to my sister for her wedding and now I get it back. It's empty so I need to add a bed and a cupboard. That will be enough for the time being. There are a few more things in life that I want to improve yet in progress and some pending for more fund and ideas.
