When I was younger, I loved cycling. I used to go 10 miles at a time, and in the winter, I would ride a stationary cycle inside. I do think it is a healthy activity. It gets you moving, and doing it outside is very therapeutic, as nature is wonderful.

Hello Dasari. I live and work on campus. I usually walk between my apartment to the teaching building. I usually ride my bike to the downtown area to do some shopping. It usually takes me about fifteen minutes to reach the town. I stay in the town for more than two hours including the riding time. Though I don't ride my bike a lot, I think that it is good to our health as we have to paddle the bike to make it march forward. I love this kind of exercise.

Anything can be bad for you if you overdo it. Cycling is great exercise and has the benefit of being economical and ecofriendly as a means of transportation.

I mainly do it for transportation but I have a car now and I had to put my bike in storage during a home renovation. It will be a while before I can get it out to ride just for pleasure or exercise.

Cycling is good for health, that is true. You surprise me that you spend two hours for cycling everyday. Every week I spend two hours on cycling, from my college to my home at the weekend and then turn back in monday. After the third year in college, I do not do any more exercise, but my body still in a good condition. I think the every week's cycling plays an important role to help me keep health. But I ride bike along the street, and you know, the vaporous waste material from engine,it is not good for health. I think I should spend more time in nature.

I think cycling is very good for health. I used to go for cycling in the past, but now a days I don't go for cycling. I always think cycling is better than bike because it is good for health and also helps to save money and petrol. I think I should clean my cycle and put air in my cycle and also try to for cycling once again.

I would really love to do some exercise. Cycling is one of them. But the sad thing is I do not have much time for such activities. Obviously if given the chance I would love to start of with an exercise program, and cycling would be one of them.

I have a mountain bike and i spend 2-3 hrs on a mountain trail for at least 3x a week and 5-7hrs for a cross country (long ride)once a week but this depends if i'm not busy with job related schedules. Making exercise a habit will help boost a good conditions of your body.

I love cycling. It is the one sport I can still do. I save a significant amount of money on gasoline each month by commuting to work whenever the weather will permit. I do about 38km per day when I can ride. I have a bulged disc in my lower back and this is one of the few exercises I do that actually makes it feel better.
