Ever stay in a fancy smancy hotel?

Oh dear you have every right to be excited - I'm excited for you. I checked out the web site and sure wish I was going. Actually looked at their 'collection' of othe hotels also wouldn't mind going to any of them - ok, I need a vacation, even if just for a few days. Maybe I'll make that a goal before the end of summer to get away some place for a couple days - sure it won't be anything like this on my budget but going to work on it. You have a great time, enjoy, and sure you'll have tons to tell us when you get back.

Wow! That looks nice girl. You enjoy yourself. You must have done something very good to get such treatment. Take full advantage. Don't miss a drop for you may not pass that way again for awhile. I have searchs online and checked out bed and breakfasts I would love to stay at across the country but as yet have not ventured out. I have severe depression and social anxiety but, hey, I am working on it. Might be nice before I croke to see how the other half live.

I stayed in one before in Florida, and I love it. I hope you get to enjoy yourself even though you are working. Let us know how it went.

Wow, that does look like a nice place!!! Occasionally when I need to escape somewhere, I'll go to the Grand Hotel in Toronto ( http://www.grandhoteltoronto.com ) and I love it. It's not that expensive (only about $169 a night) and it's really really nice. It's not a high status hotel like The Royal York. I'd rather not pay for a name. I love the place.

I did, once. It was the Weston Hotel in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. 1993. I remember it so well because I had won a contest (best banner) to get front-row tickets and "Meet and Greet" the Rolling Stones in their "Forty Licks" concert tour. I was supposed to only have to drive to the concert but someone somewhere screwed up and I didn't get the tickets in time to meet the Stones, so they sent me tickets to fly to Oklahoma where the Stones were playing, plus paid for a room at the Weston Hotel. It was awesome! I never enjoyed such luxury before! Having someone right there to do anything you needed done at all times was something I could definitely get used to! LOL Enjoy your weekend!!!
