Do you think that Sir Alex ferguson will ever manage scotland? He has proven he is the man when it comes to soccer. So do you think he will go international. Even if he does, do you think he will be able to perform at the international level?

Virtually no chance. He'll retire at Man Utd.

I would like to see him try but I don't think he would accept the job. Anyway, maybe he wouldn't be that successful as Scotland manager. He's so firmly established at Man U he's really in an almost unique position as far as football managers are concerned. He has the support of the board, the players, the supporters - he probably doesn't want all the grief that would come with managing the Scottish team. He's also used to managing a successful team. I'm proud to be Scottish but even I have to admit our team is rubbish!

I think he would be frustrated by just how poor Scotland would be, and would be off as soon as possible. He has only managed 2 teams, good teams, and never had to run a team where the players would just be inadequate.
