Has anyone tried sauna belts?

I see these advertisements on TV everyday, where an extremely obese guy loses inches of weight within a week using those revolutionsary sauna belts. But do they really work. Anyone tried it here?

My mother has a sauna belt and she enjoys using it. She claims that she feels good nowadays because her back pain is gone and she can dispose regularly. I have tried it too and I agree with her.
However, I do not think that it is true that you could lose that much wait after using it just for a week. Maybe it can help, you can lose some inches very very gradually.
I think though that feeling good is more important
