Hey mylotters, just wondering if you go to the bathroom several times a night or just once or twice. Recently it seems that I have to make several trips to the bathroom. Sometimes I feel like I have a full bladder then when I go there is only one or two drops that come out. Do anyone else have this problem yes or no?

I agree with the responder who suggested that you see your doctor about this. Getting up several times during the night to use the bathroom is not normal and it's interfering with you ability to get a good night's sleep. It could be an infection of the urinary tract or bladder or it could be a blockage or malformation. It could also be that you have an over active bladder. Whatever it is, there's treatment for it so you can get some real sleep.

Thank you very much for your response. That was real informative information and I will be sure to have it checked out. I used to get uti's quite regularly in my past then it stopped. So I thought they had cleared up for good. There might be one trying to sneak back on me. Either way I will have it looked at and hopefully stopped. It's great having friends like you. Thanks so much for your advice.

I think i am a lucky one that i do not have such a urinary problem unless i drink too much water befoe the bedding time. I am also a light sleeper, because a small interruption during my sleep would cause me a sleepless night . I just can not fall into sleep again after i wake up at any time during my sleep. So the frequent visits to the bathroom is really an annoying thing to a light sleeper. It will seriously affect the quality of the sleep. So a checkout and the treatment are needed for the urinary illness.

hello friend, thank you for your message. Normally if I drink a lot of water b4 bedtime I would have frequent bathroom trips too but this was not the case. I've been drinking my normal amount of water. Even so, I will go soon to have it checked out. HOpe you get a good night of sleep.

citychis you most likely have a UTI urinary track infection. believe me I have had the same thing and unless you can just flood yourself with water until you really wash out the bacteria you need to see your doctor promptly to be put on antibiotics to get rid of the bacteria you cannot do this alone you need to see him,or her who will check your urine for bacterial count then put you on antibiotics.its easily cured once you get the proper antibiotic. but do go.

Maybe you have a urinary illness. You should go and see a doctor. If there is any bladder infection it can go up and infect your kidneys. Check it out!
Take care

thank you my friend, I will be sure to do that......... Right now I'm feeling a little pain in my back so I think too that something must be going on with my kidneys. I will continue to speak the Word of God over my body and confess that I am healed in Jesus name and in the meantime I will go visit the docs and see what they have to say. You're a very smart friend, I love having friends like you. Take care and have a wonderful week!

Maybe, you have an infection or cystitis because of the little volume of your urine. Diabetes will send you to the CR often but with big volume of urine. Try to consult a doctor and have urinalysis.
