12 Grade at a age of 19...is it too old???

No.There are no old age in education

of course it is not too old. It is really never too old to go to school. I think it is amazing that you left everything aside to be by your father's side and you should be proud of it. What people think shouldn't bother you at all. You just stick to what you want the most. And it is always better to say in a 12th grader rather than saying you are illiterate. If anyone is giving you a hard time, they are idiots and should grow up. No one is ever to old to go to go to school and learn. My son was in 12th grade at 19, and I had no problem with it. He will be 24 or 25 before he starts college - he is in the Navy now. I am proud of him

No you are not too old ... in University there are even some people who are 65 and they decide to go back to school. You are still young, some people even stop school at age 19 (usually grade 13/OAC) in Canada, then take a couple years off to to work for money they to college or university at age 22 or so. You are still young and in the game, don't worry. Continue what you are doing, don't think about them. Usually people tease other because they feel insecure about themselves and they want to make other feel bad. I left high school at grade 13, I was 19, then went to University for 5 years. I kept on changing my major. When I left I still did not want the degree that I graduated with. So I studied to be a doctor, then I kept having to put it off and make money to it .. I am now 30 and I am finally a Doctor. You are real young and once you know what you want to do, you don't even have to stay in school as long as I did. Its just I was not sure for many years. You are a good person to be helping your father. Keep up the good work and stay in school.

The people teasing you are the ones that are wrong. There is absolutely nothing wrong with going back to school, AT ANY AGE!!! You should be proud of yourself for wanting to finish. It is not always easy, and tons of people have to quit school sometimes for different reasons, but the easy thing is just to never go back. It's hard to make yourself go back, so good for you for doing that. You are doing what is best for yourself and your future. You have nothing to be embarrassed about. Don't ever give up. Believe in yourself, and you can do anything. It may take longer than you hope, it will not be easy, but you will be successful. Never give up. Don't let up. I got a friend who is 20 in 12th grade. I will be the same age as you because I got held back a year because I moved here from a different country. My friend doesn't give up and he is a knucle head so why should you. Best of wishes to you.

You're trying to better yourself and that's good. Don't let them get to you. They're either jealous, or very bored and must look at other peoples' lives all day. I don't like judgemental people. Not everyone goes through the same things in life. Keep your head up. I'm sure you'll do well. Just stick to it.

dont mind those people teasing you.. i know someone who graduated high school at the age of 75.. if you have the will to go to school, then go.. ^^ enjoy life and be happy..

at here,i should tell you that in this world age is not a symbol.as long as you think it is right,just do it .age can not prevent your steps .if you really feel it is a trouble,you should study harder ! you can work hard to complet your studies earlier than them .one word,just do what you wat to do,i support you forever!
