my maths is not the best, but i have $0.250 on a ptc, is that not$2.50?

hello guys, i dont really understand how some of how these ptc's work, and hoping spmeone can break it down for me a little bit more.some ptc's sites say you earn 0.001 per click, that is bascially 1 cents per click right, and 100 clicks would earn you $1 is this correct??
Also i cuurently have $.205 on a ptc, is that meant to be 2 dollars and 5 cents or what is that. can someone please explain better

Hi enetworking, I am the same its a bit confuseing it means you have 25cent
and the second one means 20cent you would think thay would drop the fourth 0
but i think thats why they do it to make you think you have more to fool you
they fooled me a few times with this ontill i found out on mylot all the best.

According to your question, you have .25 cents in your account. The . declares if you have a dollar or a cent. Regards.
