Eminem has been out of the music scene for awhile due to a number of factors, not the least of which is his self-confessed battle with addiction since his last album. With the impending release of his highly anticipated new album "Relapse" on May 19, 2009, I'm wondering what you think of his new music. Do you think his battle with addiction has influenced him to write more meaningful music or has he lost his edge since his earlier work? What do you think of the new songs in particular? Anything hit home with you? You can preview the entire album on his myspace page: http://www.myspace.com/eminem

I've heard that the new album is terrible, but I haven't heard a single song on it, so I'm kind of curious about it myself.

Eminem is back at what he does best....rapping about his insane imagniation, his momma and dissing celebrities. Even though his last album Encore did well, it was not really as tight as most Em fans thought it would be. But he is back with this album, laced on some Dre beats. His flows are unbeliveable. This one of the albums of 2009. Mark my words. If you get the album listen to these tracks FIRST 1. Bagpipes from Baghdad (diss to Mariah Carey) 2. Old time's sake 3. We made you 4. Insane
