firefox add ons

ive been browsing the firefox add ons, and many look interesting and helpful.
there are add ons for almost everything, inculding things that most people DONT need on a web browser (much like iphone apps today)
im curious as to which add ons people have gotten for firefox and actually found useful

There are only really 2 addons which I regularly use on my Firefox. The first one is toolbar buttons, the reason for this is that it allows me to add certain buttons to my tool bars which are not there in the main firefox install. Such as I have two buttons which I use constantly, one which clears the cache and the other closes all tabs. Although I can do this by doing several different button presses by having the toolbar addon it speeds it up to single button presses.
The other addon which I use is SeoQuake and that is because I run my own website and the various information I get from using this saves me a lot of time as without it I would have to source the information from several different sites.
