Hi there
I have decided long ago that happiness is a state of mind. So, what I do is keep an open mind and become a happy person. Problems may come pouring in -- problems at work, problems with my husband's job, financial difficulties, unpaid debts...they seem endless. But I never give up. We still go out for an occasional drink, or a movie or just dine out. Life does not end with just a handful of problems. There is always a reason to be happy.
Being alive is reason enough
Have a nice day!

Yes, me too. I still go out for a window shopping and have a drink with my hubby even we had financial difficulties before. We still chatted happily and tried to be optimistic on every difficulties.

the power of laughter goes a very very long way! scientists have calculated that
only half a minute of joyful laughter is worth 45 minutes of static rest,so says
the bpolish weekly przyjaciolka. a spontaneous burst of laughter is comparable to
three minutes of aerobic exercise, whereten warm smiles equal ten minutes of intensive rowing. other benefits of laughing include a threefold increase in the
amount of air drawn into the lungs as well as improved circulation, digestion,
metabolism, brain function, and elimination of harmful substances the magazine
suggests that to help put yourself in the right mood, you should smile at yourself,
your mate, and your children first thing in the morning. learn to laugh at your-self. try to find the good side of things even in differcult circumstances.
open for discussion!

I do not want to remain happy. It would be boring. I was distressed and unhappy yesterday because I had no money but someone called and it promised to be something good tomorrow. I would make money. It's good to be happy but sometimes we get the chance to be unhappy too. Cheers!!

Whenever I feel I am less happier than before, I will tell myself that I still need to work and need to live whatever I am happy or not, then I will choose I should be happy to face anything, and I will instantly smile to myself and then I will become happier. If hard times come, I am worried and anxious about my difficulties, I keep telling myself the same story that whatever I am happy or I am sad, the problems are still here which I have to handle them, so I then choose I should be happy to face this.
So that's my method to remain happy.

I'm happy when I feel like I've accomplished something each and everyday. I need to be busy at all times and like to then relax at night. However, feeling like a had a fullfilling day makes me very happy. Today is one of those days! You have a great day!

We can take many methods to keep our happy, such as reminding of us thinking good things and happy happens. Telling ourself keep smile and be optimistic to everything we meet. Keep good mood everyday and nice to everybody.Release our minds and no pressure.I believe everyone has his own way to remain happy.
