If the pizza place charges a delivery fee, do you still tip the driver?
My dad says no, but my husband says yes.

My husband says yes and he owns a pizza place. He said that a lot of place charge a delivery fee (his does not) because of the price of gas or to make up for the fact that they mainly deliver to a low income area that would not normally tip. A lot of drivers make way less than minimum wage and depend on their tips to get by.

I say yes unless there would be a disclaimer next to the delivery fee that stated this went to the driver. Most of the time it doesn't and then the driver loses out.
