i think you should withdraw in to your bank account and link it to paypal thats easy

oh you are going to withdraw by check. that is much difficult. cause it is better to withdraw by bank account. hopefully you can add your bank account which has only $1 withdrawal fee.

i think there's no minimum pay out in paypal. just make one transaction in the bank that you linked with paypal like deposits. pay pal will get $1+ for using paypal. they'll just refund you after the successful transaction.
