Hi Kath
Health is important to everyone, or should be. Why don't we do more to stay healthy - eating the right things, taking exercise etc? For me, my husband is a chef and I work alongside him in the kitchen, we cook with fresh ingredients, using only natural grey sea salt (no refined salt which is a harmful substance). I am also lucky in that taking exercise for me is easy - we live and work in the French Alps so in the winter I ski and snow shoe walk with my husband and black labrador, Louis - in the summer we walk (for hours on end) in the mountains. We also use the local gym.
I am not as healthy as I could be - my job means that I cannot eat regularly - but at least I eat a healthy diet!

Hi Kath, nice to meet you.
Physical health is not enough. You also need spiritual health.
To maintain physical health, I avoid the food / drink that is not healthy, and sports enough.
To maintain the spiritual health, I increase the feeling of gratitude and sincere.
