I don't know about the "best" diet but you could give the ol' "eat like a king at breakfast, a prince at lunch, and a pauper at dinner" principle (not sure about the exact quote though). This way, you could eat anything you want (quantities depend on when you're having them) so you wouldn't feel at all deprived. :) It's slow but sure so that's the "best" part of it. :)

A friend of mine has lost of her weight by drinking alot of water rather than drinking her usual cups of coffee or tea. Each and every time she wanted something to drink she had water sometimes she squeezed a bit of lemon in it just to make it taste different. She no longer drinks fizzy so she didnt change none of her usual food either.Another friend done sit ups only ten sit ups every night when she went to bed it has tightened her stomache muscles.Hope this helps.

Hello missrocee, I am on a diet myself too and I've already lost 15 kilos in 3 months by just following a natural diet my dietician made for me. In general it works like this:
Breakfast:
- 3 sandwhiches with light cheese, light bacon, light chicken fillet or similar. Once or twice a week you can eat something with more calories.
- 1 cup of tea ( milk is allowed but be very very very moderate, be moderate with sugar) or water.
Morning snack: Two biscuits ( optionally with a fruit filling or something similar)
Or one portion of fruit ( 1 banana, 2 kiwis, 1 orange etc.)
- two glasses of tea or water ( or 1 from each)
Afternoon: Same as breakfast.
Dinner: In case you eat something like nasi: 7 spoons.
Never more than 100 grams of meat. And be moderate on gravy.
Drink water.
Evening snack: 1 portion of fruits or 1 portion of biscuits.
water or tea.
+ I have a jogging scheme:
- first session 6 times 30 seconds with 1 minute walking between the sessions
- second 6 times 45 seconds...
- third: 5 times 1 minute....
.... and so on... never jog longer than 15 minutes in the first 15 sessions otherwise you might screw your body...
I don't really follow my jogging scheme strictly... I just listen to my body and if it says: "stop" I stop... and keep listening to my body's needs.
That's my diet, it's very strict I know but it works like a charm ;) The ladies start to like me slowly again. :D
