if you are in this kind of situation:
you are desperately need money.your boss is promoting you to a more higher position in your company and pay you triple of your current monthly pay.
but,in exchange for your promotion, you have to work outstation (in the isolated island for 3 years doing research)
will you take the promotion and leave your family behind?

well, probably those desperately in need of money will do that - i know lots of people will. but for me, its the family that comes first.
money could buy a house but not a family. lots of things you'll miss out if you let your job comes first - especially you'll be missing the most wonderful thing of seeing your kids growing up.
For us - when we have the opportunity to work and travel abroad - we go as a family- either they take it or leave it..
Family means - "no one is leaft behind." Yaar!

There is no way I could do that. I wouldn't even have went out for that promotion. My children are my life and there isn't any thing I wouldn't do for them but I would never even think of spending that much time away from my child or husband.
