ofcourse it i know that you can simply answer that by just eating and eating. But what i am asking is how to gain weight if a person doesn't want to eat at all.? I really don't know already how to make myself healthy. I should atleast gain for thy sake.

Excercising can make you hungry.
And you can try eating denser, heavier foods, like shredded wheat cereals and whole grain foods. so you get more calories while not eating a bit amount.

You can't possibly gain weight without eating at all. You can workout to gain. Actually, a workout can either gain or lose weight. It's up to the program. I suggest that you take vitamins to improve your eating habits. Eat every 4 hours, and you will surely gain weight!:) By the way, choose proper foods to intake.

I feel you. I started working out a few months ago and I found that really helps. I bought some food with lots of protein and eating specific foods now. I gained 12 pounds in about 2 months so I guess I would suggest this. Just don't take anything that will harm your body. It's not worth it.
