What is you favorite form of stress relief? How do you handle your stress and continue to enjoy life?
For me, a romantic evening with my husband or some good old fashioned exercise is generally the best form of stress relief. In both cases, I tend to focus on what is going on in the moment and forget all about all the other worries or troubles that are going on. It keeps my spirit light and makes it so that I can enjoy many of the other wonderful things in life.

Well, my stress reliever is not a medicine or any type of scientific medications. I have my own way of getting rid of that hectic schedule. What i usually do is that, i lie on a bed and play my favorite tunes. With that, it calms my soul and made me feel like walking in cloud nine.

Well, for me I have quite a few things that are considered Great stress relievers. One of those is coming in here and posting in myLot. A lot of time that helps to take my mind off of what is going on in my life and put my focus on other things. Then another Great stress reliever is Praying and seeking God for wisdom and guidance in the situation I am going thru, and last best stress reliever for me is sleep. We all need a little R&R for sure.

Go to spa and full body massage is so wonderful feeling and your body becomes more lighter in your feeling. I like a spa that girls massage my body very well cos they are professionals. I love massaging my face, hands, feet, butt and my legs. I like steps on my back shiatsu. Shiatsu - Swedish Combination is great. One of my stress reliever is talking to my crush while eating snack.
