My favorite sea food would most definitely have to be shrimp! The reason for this is because I find to be so very versatile. I find so many different ways to use it when it comes to cooking. I especially love making the dish "Fettuccini Shrimp Alfredo" for me & my other half every time we get paid. I not only find it to be extremely healthy by adding in the shrimp.. But I love the flavor the shrimp has when combined with the sauce & noodles..
I as well love how there are so many different ways one could cook shrimp.. You can pan fry shrimp, you can deep fry it, you can grill shrimp on the BBQ, you can broil it, etc.. It's one of those types of seafood's that you can find a lot to do with.
I know that if me & my other half don't use it when cooking.. We will then just eat the shrimp with cocktail sauce. There's this no name stuff we buy from the grocery store that is really cheap.. And we can just sit there for a long period of time eating the shrimp with the sauce.. But because the sauce has horse radish in it.. It can become over-whelming sometimes after a while..
In conclusion I love not only the taste of the shrimp, but how one can do so many different things with it. There's so many recipes one could make with shrimp that it's one of those things that are great to always put on your grocery list each pay day! . .

My favorite would have to be shrimp as well... it's so delicious!
