food coursework

i am doing some coursework on food and i have to make a product that would be sold in a coffee shop type place. i was wondering would you people on her rather go into a shop like this and eat something: hot or cold? savory or sweet? finger food or something you would use cutlary with? also if you dont mind what sort of age bracket do you people fall into? thank you very much =]

Most coffee shops offer foods that you don't need to use cutlary with so skip that. I used to stop in to a local coffee shop when I worked at the college and I usually chose a warm pastry (sweet) over a cold one. That would fall under finger food. As for my age...I'm 54 but have been told that I'm very immature so put me down as 34! Juuuust kidding...you can use my real age.
