Partylite.com was pretty popular in the 90s and it looks like they're still going strong.
I just hate you can't order directly because my consultant was a serious flake!
These were some pretty good candles...worth the price! Host one party and you will make at least one sale...even in this economy.

Why don't you start a business yourself with the aid of a good book. I was looking at a successful candle making site recently strangely enough called, successful candle making. They offer a free 10 day mini course on candle making and techniques and then afterwards if you like what they have written you can also buy a e-book on the subject. The author has some ezine articles too that you can look at from a feed on the site, you can find it here: http://www.successful-candle-making.com
Good luck!

To Candlelover - I have made my own candles I just didn't think anyone would be buying with the economy the way it is. I have to get back into making the candles and take it from there. Thanks for your input and sorry it took so long to reply.

The only one I know of is Home Interiors. Everyone around here loves their candles. Why don't you try to make your own candles and sell them? The supplies aren't very expensive, and therefore you could make more of a profit than you could by working for someone else. Just a thought.

I have made my own candles and have been thinking about doing this. With the economy I was just wondering who would be wanting or needing to buy candles. Thanks for your response and sorry for replying so late.
