I recently made an enquiry about why my blog wasn't getting claimed. Whereas I still haven't received a reply after over a week. THis is not the first time it has happened. Earlier also many of my requests have gone on deaf ears. To be frank, they've never replied to me. Does this happen to you.

I have contacted them several times and I have also received responses too. Not always though and I think that if a query is already answered in the FAQs then not always do they respond.
