will you upgrade in nomincashout.com?

hi,dear friend,as you know,nomincashout.com had changed many times on his rules.the latest is lowered the click rate from 1 cent to 0.25cent per click. you have to upgrade if you keer previous status. many people will think so,they think they can get 1 cent per click from their downlines' click. it sound good,but will it come true? NO! unless every downline upgrade,or you can't count on your donelines. the click rate is so low. if somebody didn't upgrade,he can click 8 ads everyday,he can get two cents. in order to reach the payout(at least three dollars and more later),he has to click everyday and thus he has to insist for 150 days he can ask for payout, and he has to wait for the payment for several weeks. but can the site be alive five months later? so I think few people will upgrade. so I will not upgrade although I have 15 downlines,when I reach the payout amount ,I'll quit the site. will you upgrade?
