After you submit your blog to google adsense , Are you allowed to ...?

I am very new to blogging and I don't have any friends who are familiar or who know about blogging. Can you please help me friends? The main question which I have is : After submitting my blog to google adsense, am I allowed to visit other websites which provide traffic for my blog? And... Am I allowed to still participate in paid to click programs etc. These may be silly questions, but then, I have no idea about adsense. Hence... Please do post your valuable suggestions
