How do I get a star before my username?

I'm just curious.. Almost every member I see here at myLot has that star before their username. It even comes in different colors and numbers. I wan't one too! Haha! But I don't know how. Does that have something to do with how long you're a member of myLot or how active you are? Sorry, but I really don't have any idea about it.

when you reach certain number of posts..you will get a star and when you interact much with other people here you will receive a star

I been active here since 3 weeks, and last Saturday i get my star here and i was happy and proud to my self that i get it, just wait until you reach 100th post here gud luck friend, you can get the star you want and rank you want if you pursue it.
