Is Healthcare Expensive In Your Country???

My mom is having diabetic, heart problem, and hypertension, and she needs to see her doctor frequently to monitor her health. Healthcare is very expensive in my country, especially when she needs to be taken care by specialist (such as cardiologist). My husband and I are working and saving hard so that she can have proper medical treatment. Our insurance don't work much, because we still have to pay quite a lot of money. We both love her dearly and we want to give her the best we could. Do you have the same experience as I do?? Is healthcare also expensive in your country??
