i love the best in my country is hospitality and love the most i hate is corruption. i am a filipina so i hate corruption but in my 20 years of stay its already been usual to experience even our president is having hidden agendas. we are the second to the list of top corruption but it seemed that our president kept quiet about it and makes the corruption even got higher. i don't even know who will be the right person will i elect for presidency this 2010 that will end the realm of corruption. nice question!

All presidents are corrupt.. the only way to stop it is from the bottom and filter upwards. Here in the UK all are politicans are caught in a corruption Scandal in the last week which is showing all of them to be the thieves they are...

What I love most here in Philippines is hospitality, fiestas and tourist destinations. What I hate most is corruption, lack of discipline and crab mentality. The top on the list is lack of discipline because that is the reason why we are not progressing and becoming successful. I hate when people just throw their trashes anywhere and they just cross the road anywhere too. I hate it when people are so slow moving, literally and figuratively. I find more things bad here than good. Anyway I never allow myself to be part of the bad things I see.

Philippines has so many things to be proud of -the culture, values & traits and the resources we naturally possess. The idea of close family ties and "bayanihan" really depicts that we Filipino value the spirit of camaraderie and family closeness. Another thing is the mentality during "fiestas", though some has nothing to offer or put on the table still we look for ways to prepare even for a little. I also love the wonders Philippines has-the pristine beauties of beaches, hills, rice terraces and still undiscovered spots we have. I hope someday the concern for these will still be preserved. What i don't like here in the Philippines is the existence of dirty politics, corruption, gambling..etc.. which may portray bad image to some of our fellows.
