Is Scam site or genuien??

Hi MyLotters, I joined www.gptreasure.com as suggested by one of Mylotters.It pays to complete offers. When I click on Indian offers, it tell me that the IP address does not belong to India. I am sitting in this country and the information is correct. Please advise.
