What are the best exercises and vitamins?

Hey guys!! Good Day!! I just came from an accident i broke my thigh and also my jaw and im wondering what are the exercises and the vitamins I should take to speed up the recovery . please give me advises and informations that i need to know for my recovery. Thanks

My advice hen you go for an exercise? never rush it and never push yourself. otherwise, your body might get surprise about it and get injured like hat happened to your thigh and jaw. No exercise for you but rest, that ill speed up the recovery. you should consult ith your doctor for proper vitamins otherwise it's just guesses from us mylot users.

Take calcium supplements. Not all calcium is created equal. The cheaper ones which are made of crushed sea shells are not absorbed into the body. A good form of calcium is calcium citrate, prefer in capsule form for easy absorption.
There are a couple of products that I have heard of, when taken, actually improve bone mass. They are called osteoprotect and osteopeak. People have taken bonemass x-rays, taken these two products, then on the next x-ray, it showed that their bone mass increased.

Hi there. My advise to you is, be careful and watchful. Bone healing takes about four to six months. The best way for you to recover timely is do arm exercise and a bit of leg raising to facilitate blood circulation for the process of healing. For your vitamins check daily allowances written on the package of the supplement you purchased. Stay happy for quick recovery. Take care.
