most of the time,we live in large pressure, but i believe i still have a little time to enjoy life, for example, after whole day work and supper time,i have a walk with my hubby for half hours, sometimes,we also complained the pressure from live and work in this period, when we work hard together for the same aim even though life is hard to us,i will enjoy this course,i though the meaning of enjoy life is not really live in the sun and plain sailing.

Life is a beautiful gift to each and everyone of us, and I find it sad that the responses so far seem to think enjoying life to the fullest means you need money. The joy in life is the simple things that you notice daily or fail to notice daily. I always told my children when they went to visit their father it was up to them to see that they enjoyed theirselves, no-one can make you happy but you, even not so great experiences can be good if you look at them from the right prospective.
I do not think as humans we are capable of enjoying every moment of this life, because without the bad we would not appriciate the good. Without the sad the happy times would mean less. I like the saying "everyting in moderation" better.

i truly support this saying but when it comes to reality, it seems too ideal. only if u have alot of money , can u enjoy it.for me, life is to enjoy but i have no money, so i often have to postpone the enjoying time to a possible future.
