I'm a great fan of Roger Federer since he won his first Wimbledon in 2003. Back then, he's like to king of the universe. He rules and reigns on the tennis arena winning numerous tournaments. However, Rafael Nadal burst into the scene later on and started to dominate the courts as well. Right now, Rafael is getting better whereas Roger is getting older. The big question is can he still equal Pete Sampras all time record of 14 Grand Slams?

I think for sure that he will win his 14th grand slam and I think he has a good chance in the French Open to do it. Although it is pretty much Nadal's bread and butter, Federer Just beat Nadal in straight sets yesterday and I think that is the tune up that Federer needs for the upcoming French. I'm really pulling for Roger in the upcoming French, he really needs a big win to get him going again.. he's been struggling past couple of years, and losing the number one ranking has to sting. But all in all I say he get's that 14th Grand Slam.

I think that he can but it may not happen for a while. Remember that Pete went a few years before he finally won his last grand slam. Roger looks like he may headed towards a similar slump. I mean Wimbledon isn't guaranteed for him any more. I think his best shot at a major this year is actually the U.S. Open. I'm actually more interested in seeing if Nadal can go on a run like Federer did and win 3 slams a year for a few years and perhaps surpass both Samprass and Federer in major victories.
