I think at first you need to find out more about him. How long do you know him? Do you believe what his said? How trusworthy are him ? I have a good net pal which know for a few years and now still keep in touch and i has attended his wedding ceremony last year which i have know and met him for about 7 years plus ago. Are you sure it is his picture? I would not go half way around the world to a different culture to meet a man you have only exchanged emails with. My son met a girl on line and wanted ot meet her. She lived about 120 miles from our house so we drove him there but nly after talking to her parents and arrainging for a time to meet them. Be very careful. Algeria is still a hot bed of slavery and young ladies who go there, like you, often do not return. Be very careful.
