From the laws of cricket we know that untill and unless the bells are dislodged completely from the stump you can not be given out Bold, Stump, Run out.
Today in case of Mccullum given out as bold. But as the ball just kissing the offstump and there is a good lot of possibilities that the bell may not dislodged completely from the stump but before that dhoni dislodged the bell.
2ndly Can any captain call for 3rd umpire for case of "Bold" decesion?
3rdly by producing the gesture can any captain create pressure on Leg umpire to call for a 3rd umpire decesion?

Yes i think so.. that you are right.. and now in cricket the techonology are very high...and if umpire want to gave decision via technology then he do it.. becauase in many matches we saw that many decision are wrong.. like LBW, Sniks...so umpaire may try techology to gave decisions..
