when all you wanted is assurance & security!!! and the ?'s about it...

When you've been into this relationship that has been going on for 2 yrs and 8 mos and still your partner doesn't seem to be fulfilling your need for assurance & security... HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH IT? WHAT'S THE NEXT ACTION TO TAKE? SHOULD YOU STILL STICK WITH YOUR PARTNER???? Really frustrating to think... yet this happens... for real!!! And I'm left with still hanging answers and no steps to take, I can't even feel so happy about it and the more I think of it, the more I get sad and the need not fulfilled. I have thought of every reason for my partner not to give these two important keys to a relationship- assurance & security to me. LOVE- I've given more than that. I've even turned my back from my family for a while just to be with my partner. Fought with my mother just to fight the love I have for my partner. ASSURANCE - I've given that to my partner. My partner knows too much that the love I offer is a never-ending one in laughter & in tears. PATIENCE - My partner has seen my saintly-like patience that extends from one pole of the earth to another. Slow to anger I am and I always make a point to understand whenever my partner looses temper. Which my partner is known to be --- someone who just can't control anger. LET's call my partner "W"... 'W' had said that 'W' would be with me forever and love me forever. 'W' also had said that 'W' would fly with me to the country I would soon plan to be working at. The ONLY PROB right now, 'W' seems to say that he has forgiveness issues and can't seem to forgive me for the wrong I've done (which I've shed blood, tears, and endured the insults, pain, physical & emotional abuse just to show 'W' how sorry I am) for which I've done 2 yrs n 4 mos ago. WHAT SHOULD I DO?????? I LOVE 'W' SO MUCH BUT ALL I CANNOT FEEL WHOLE & LOVED IF 'W' CAN'T GIVE ME ASSURANCE & SECURITY (WHICH 'W' HAS GIVEN ONLY WITH A 50-50% OF TAKING IT BACK OR NOT).... ANYONE HELP!!! YOUR INSIGHTS & ADVICES WILL HELP ME CLEAR MY MIND. TNX
